What is the most challenging part of the role?
Learning on the go! Many times we get asked questions that are tough and we are not familiar with the terminology or application. We have to do research while on the phone or chat to find out how we can help. But! As soon as we get a hold of the issue we can then research some more and get back to the merchant with an amazing answer that will blow their minds (and yours for learning something new!)
What is the most interesting question you've received?
Hmmm - I have to go with: Do you speak Mexican?
What is the most rewarding part of the job?
I love when you get an extremely frustrated merchant on the line and you get to turn that around by being polite and helpful. I feel like a million dollars when that happens!
What's your super power?
I have a few but my strongest suit is that I thrive is chaos and disorganization :)
